YOUR HAPPIEST MEMORY
10 MINUTES
Day 12 we are setting a timer for 10 minutes and meditating on the happiest memory we have!
This is an incredible way to start the day as it helps introduce joy and gratitude straight away!
It is also a testament of just how powerful our mind and memories are. We can really relive a moment not just in our mind, but in our whole body.
The physical sensations, the emotions, and how we felt mentally at that time too!
If you struggle to find that core happy memory, take a moment to just sit in silence and ask your subconscious to reveal a happy moment for you.
