    Core and Back Routine

    This is a great routine for cultivating general core and back strength! Perfect for sedentary people who are wanting to become more active. Great for people with limited mobility and people who spend a lot of time sitting. Can be done anywhere from the office chair on a lunch break to the living room while watching your favorite show.

So much of our lives seem to be spent sitting! We spend long hours sitting at work, sitting at home on the couch consuming media and talking with family, sitting in our cars on the daily commute.

Our bodies aren’t meant to be slouched In a chair or hunched over our keyboard for hours on end. This lead me to the realization that I could take the very thing that was causing our pain and stiffness, and turn it into the device that helps us counteract all of the symptoms of prolonged sitting.

My 15 minute Core and Back Chair Routine is a great way to engage all of our muscles and get the blood flowing through our bodies.

This simple 15 minute routine can be done anywhere from work to home to the park bench on a sunny day. All you need is a good place to sit where your feet can touch the ground.

Not only is this chair routine good for people working long hours seated, it is good for sedentary people looking to become more active, and people with limited mobility who need a stable platform to rely on.
