10 MINUTES
Day 22 we will be setting a timer for 10 minutes while we give gratitude and appreciation towards our miraculous body, not so much so in its physical appearance, but for its many automatic and magical functions
Take a moment to acknowledge just how much is going on behind the scenes while you are getting ready for work, driving, eating, conversing with friends and family.
There is a whole ecosystem inside you carrying out various functions to keep you alive and well without you having to give it any conscious thought!
