Day 17 we are setting a timer for 15 minutes and creating a little playlist of our top favorite songs!
Then if you feel inspired,
Play the game of “Lets see how long I can sit still here while my favorite songs are flooding my consciousness”
If there does come a point where it just feels wrong to be completely stiff and your body wishes to move along,
DO IT and notice just how quickly into the playlist that takes place!
