Day 24 we will be setting a timer for 15 minutes while me meditate on someone who deserves an apology from us.

Think back on a time when you acted or spoke in a way that was less than kind or a moment when you know you may have hurt someone, even unintentionally

Take this opportunity today to visualize yourself with this person and give them a genuine

“ I am sorry” along with any other words or gestures that feels right ♡
