Day 15, halfway through our 30 day journey, we will setting a timer for 15 minutes
and meditating on deep, yogic breath!
Our breath is a powerful force!
Take a moment of your time today to sit down and be fully present with deep flow of oxygen coming in through your nostrils, feeling your belly expand, and then exhaling everything, feeling it exit through your nose as carbon dioxide.
Fell gratitude for this process that continues even when its the last thing on your mind sometimes!
