10 MINUTES

Day 5 we will be setting a timer for 10 minutes, closing our eyes and asking ourselves,

“When was a time when I felt most beautiful?”

Or even, if youre brave and feel open to it, “ When was a time when I felt the most sexy?”

Observe any preconceived ideas and beliefs surrounding feeling confident in yourself physically and be fully present with them.

Notice wether there is any resistance to the concept of embracing your own beauty and sexuality, or if one of these 2 is easier to accept than the other!

If you are struggling to remember a moment when you genuinely felt this way before, this is a time to use your powerful imagination + visualize what that would look and feel like for you if it was happening here and now. What would that feel like? How would you be dressed, how would you hold yourself? What kind of comments from loved ones would you like to receive in response to you embracing your own beauty?

When we feel proud and confident in who we are it shines on others around us!
