15 MINUTES

Day 2 is a bit different from sitting in inward contemplation with our eyes closed.

Today I encourage you to get a pen and paper and journal, color, or write down the first thing that comes to your mind for 15 minutes. Let your intuition guide you!

Notice any preconceived judgments around this. Pay attention to how you feel during the activity whether it be inspired and playful, or nervous and afraid to make a mistake.

Take this as an opportunity to let go of the self judgement and create without attachment to the outcome! ♡
